Noor Muzammil Norhalim

CEO & FOUNDER

Noor Muzammil graduated with a Cum Laude in Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from the prestigious Cornell University in the United States of America. He left Telekom Malaysia Berhad in 1999 to become an entrepreneur in the ICT industry, specializing in developing customized web and mobile solutions, and designing Rapid Application Development Tool. He had co-founded ICT startup companies such as Ceria IT Sdn Bhd in 1999 and Covalent Technology Sdn Bhd in late 2003, and developed numerous applications that span multiple industries - financial, real estate, societal development, oil & gas, tourism and crowdsourcing - just to name a few. He is exposed to the latest cutting-edge technology and continuously updates his technical knowledge to stay competitive.

Darzy Norhalim

Darzy Norhalim is a double degree holder in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the prestigious Brown University in the United States of America. He is a former member of Senior Management at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Holding various portfolios over a span of 25 years, covering Digital Inclusion Agenda, Sharing and Gig Economy, Digital Agriculture, Digital Tourism, State ICT Master Plans, Cybercity and Technology Parks Development, Regulations and Investment Incentives, and Strategic Projects. Darzy is savvy in the digital business with core skills in digital platforms and ecosystems, specializing in the digitalization of enterprises. He was involved in numerous startups and facilitated transformation initiatives for multiple large enterprises.
